Launched Taft.

TAFT is a direct-to-consumer men’s luxury footwear brand. Its distinctive boots and shoes are designed in the US, and made by artisans in Spain and Portugal. I worked as a contractor with Taft and assisted in the launch of their shoes. Before Taft produced shoes they were called Wimbly and produced no show socks. In working with the CEO (Kory), we decided to launch the shoes through Reddit which quickly became known as, “The Reddit Hug” (more info below). The Reddit Hug led to almost ~$1M in sales in the first month.

I was able to use my network of Reddit accounts to get Taft on the first page of Reddit TWICE. I also personally managed all of the online advertising and worked with the video producer to create all content.
